I kept saying I was on a diet, but in reality, I haven't been paying much attention to my diet lately.
What is your health goal for this week~!
- Eat a moderate breakfast and lunch, and make sure to eat a clean dinner (focused on salad, vegetables, and protein).
- Walk at least 6,000 steps every day
- Avoid sitting for too long (stretch intermittently, maintain proper posture)
- Drink at least four glasses of water according to my tumbler.
- Reduce cell phone use to protect your wrist joint
