Setting health goals for each week makes the objectives clearer and easier to stick to.
This week's health goal is to do core exercises at home.
I started doing core exercises little by little since last year, but at some point I got lazy and stopped.
But since I don't do core exercises, I feel like my back hurts and I can feel my muscles sagging.
Starting this week, I will lay out the mat again and do core exercises.
I hope it goes well for just a week. Fighting!
