I went out for a run at 5 a.m., walked about 10,000 steps, and came back. This week, I successfully averaged 35,000 steps and climbed 120 floors.
I successfully went three days without eating bread.
I think the first day of not eating bread was the hardest.
I experienced anxiety and withdrawal symptoms just because there was no bread, and I couldn't sleep well, but in the end, it wasn't that difficult to endure the next day.
Succeeded with three days: two days on the 1st and 2nd, and Thursday.
Last week of May & First week of June
Running five days a week, 35,000 steps, climbing 120 floors consecutively.
I am trying to extend my bread-free days from 4 days a week to 5 days.
