No late-night snacking
Lately, I keep eating late-night snacks because I go to bed late all the time.
I absolutely have to stop late-night snacks this weekㅠㅠ
Lose 3.1 kilograms
Why is it so hard to lose just 1 kilogramㅠㅠ
Walking is definitely part of daily life, and I should also build some muscle strength. Since it's summer, I should also go hiking more often.
