Lately, I haven't been exercising, so I can feel myself gaining weight..ㅠ
I feel my body getting worse because I eat irregularly and even have late-night snacks.
So, I am trying to set goals and take action!!
Goal
1. Wake up early in the morning and do light exercise on an empty stomach
2. Eat regular meals
Walk more than ten thousand steps a day
4. Consistently do stretching
5. Do not eat snacks or late-night snacks
Exercise at the gym at least 3 days a week
Since I've set my goal, I will steadily practice and carry it out!!
