I achieved my goal from last week, but I set a new health goal for the week: not eating bread for three days, but I failed.
Starting tomorrow, I will set a goal to run 35,000 steps, climb 120 floors, run 5 days a week, and eat bread only 4 days a week.
I need to exercise while eating properly, but since I eat a lot of bread, I naturally find eating rice bothersome. Skipping rice makes me feel like I have more work to do, so I decided to reduce bread in order to take better care of myself.
I succeeded one day last week, but it was so difficult that I experienced withdrawal symptoms. However, I am trying again this week.
