It's so cold I can't go outㅠㅠ
Even cycling at home has become too distant for me. I'm becoming more like a padded hanger.
Just walking casually includes grocery shopping, snacking, and running errands in everyday steps~
Since I probably can't exercise much, I'll focus on my diet goals.
Breakfast is okay with carbohydrates, filling and hearty.
Lunch should be appropriate depending on the time.
Reduce dinner to nearly zero carbohydrates or cut calories in half.
This week's goal.
