저도 콜레스테롤 약을 복용하고 있는데 꾸준하게 복용하면서 운동겸하니 혈압도 내려가고 콜레스테롤 수치도 내려가네요

This time, I had a health checkup and found out that I am at risk for hyperlipidemia and have high bad cholesterol (LDL cholesterol) levels. Also, I usually have poor blood circulation and high blood pressure. Aerobic exercise greatly helps lower blood pressure, and I need to reduce my weight to a normal level so that my fat levels can decrease. Therefore, I plan to walk 10,000 steps daily, practice intermittent fasting to lose weight, and also aim to increase muscle mass :) Thank you.
