저도 밥을 흡입하는 성격이라 머릿속에서 배부르다 느낌을 받기전에 또 밥을 푸곤하는데 정말 천천히 먹어야겠네요ㅜ

I successfully lost weight and these days I've become very lazy. I should exercise diligently and develop the habit of eating slowly and thoroughly chewing my food. Exercise is essential for health, so I will try to do a consistent 30-minute home workout every day.
