I kept a food diary for a few days. The calorie calculations aren't very accurate, and I missed some of what I ate... but overall, I was mostly consuming just protein and carbohydrates... vegetables are really hard to find, and I don't like them much, but for health reasons, I need to pay attention to my diet...ㅠ
