Exercise... I really dislike sweating. I went to the gym following my friend... I go there, but I can't even run for 10 minutes on the treadmill... I think I have a weak will...ㅠ Then I got into yoga, and I feel like small muscles are attaching all over my body... My herniated disc hasn't relapsed either. I plan to measure my body composition regularly and become a muscle man^^
