As I reach my mid-40s this year, I start to worry about my health^^;
Because I am not someone who has exercised.
I'm going to start modestly~
Walking more than 6,000 steps every day
Drink plenty of water
Eating dinner early
Wednesday and Sunday. Do not skip the scheduled exercise.
I'm trying to stay strong so I can succeed!!!
