Do strength training

I often walk while taking 10,000 steps.

I haven't been doing strength training.

I have had surgery and have recovered to some extent.

It has been said that muscle mass has decreased significantly.

I don't have time to go exercise.

I'm planning to do home workouts at least twice a week.
