I haven't been feeling well for the past two days, so I didn't exercise yesterday.
I decided not to do anything today and just walk 10,000 steps^^
I couldn't walk a full ten thousand steps, but my back hurts so much.
I was thinking of giving up, but I stubbornly kept walking, haha.
Successfully walked over 10,000 steps today as my exercise goal~~
I'm currently applying a hot pack, but I feel at ease🤣🤣
