I gained a lot of weight since the start of COVID-19ㅠ
Certainly, I ate less, went to bed later, woke up earlier, and moved more than my family in the same house, yet only I gained weight. Interestingly, the teenage kids only grew taller and lost weight.
I'm so unfairly treated in this worldㅠ
They are now in their so-called mid-fifties.
With each passing year, I discover new aches and pains, haha.
I have to take care of my health; who else will take care of it for me?
So, I started walking 10,000 steps a day and swimming, which is good for the joints~^^
It's just perfect after walking, swimming, and taking a shower.
