I no longer feel the need to walk exactly ten thousand steps.
Reduce the proportion of aerobic exercise a bit.
I think I should work out more diligently.
So, not necessarily a full ten thousand steps, but...
I will walk.
And strength training before bed
Walk for about 10 minutes after breakfast.
Do 30 minutes of strength training in the evening.
Drinking water on an empty stomach for health
I'm going to try really hard like this.
