The season for walking 10,000 steps has returned, but I feel heavy and don't go outside very often.

Morning - Going out and walking (walk at least 6,000 to 8,000 steps)
Afternoon - Cycle for 60 minutes (increase intensity by one level)
Since the weather is dry, I am paying a lot of attention to moisturizing.
