I gained 3 kg during COVID. When I manage my weight, it decreases a bit, but if I let my guard down, I tend to gain a little.
My goal is to lose weight, but just not gaining any more weight seems to be enough to maintain my health.
These days, I am consistently walking 6,000 steps while doing challenges, and depending on my condition, I am also challenging myself to walk 10,000 steps.
My health goal for this year is to not gain any more weight.
