너무 좋은습관이네요 저도 몸과 마음 건강을 위해 만보걷기를 시작한지 벌써 10년이 되어가네요!! 부지런한 습관 응원합니다
I have never exercised even once since I gave birth to my child.
I didn't gain much weight, and I lost it quickly again.
However, my back was always stiff and sore.
Then, in 2019, COVID-19 began.
I started exercising seriously by doing simple stretches because of my back pain.
It's been about two years since I started exercising early in the morning, and I've been exercising for approximately five years since the COVID-19 pandemic.
I always make sure to do at least an hour of home training and walk more than 10,000 steps on weekdays.
I am keeping my personal motto: relax comfortably on weekends but stay consistent with walking.
And I always have the mindset and thought of "let's keep moving."
It's hard to keep it up for a long time, but now it has become a habit, and it feels strange not to exercise.
I always want to be diligent and maintain my exercise routine for a long time^^
