Losing weight is so difficult.
This week's goal is to lose 1 kilogram.
In the past, I could lose weight even without eating a meal, but now it's because of age.
Maybe because I haven't eaten a meal, I can't seem to lose weight.
I will walk 10,000 steps and cut back on dinner to lose 1 kilogram!!
