I didn't walk to participate in the Genius Challenge.
I walk regularly. It's because I can't reach ten thousand steps.
Still, I succeeded three times this week. I feel proud.
I think I'm going to get a body ache today, so I should rest.
Walk 6,000 steps every day.
25 squats, 5 sets.
100 arm exercises with rubber bands.
Running on the playground. Stretching.
Go to bed early and wake up early.
Drink 8 glasses of water.
Supplements. Take protein regularly.
Morning salad. Eating fruit meal
Reduce carbohydrate intake.
