This week's health goals are to walk 10,000 steps and reduce snacking.
Walking 10,000 steps was not easy, but I kept trying to walk every day and I succeeded consistently.
I think it has shown some effect on weight loss or maintenance, so I plan to continue.
And I've been snacking too much lately, so I'm trying to cut back.
I'm worried that I might be eating too much sugar and it might not be good for my health, but I will do my best to stick to my health goals.
