This week's health goals are "no late-night snacking" and "no eating after 7 PM."
I ate late-night snacks yesterday too, even before making this resolution ㅠㅠ
If I had known, I would have regretted not eating something more delicious, but...
I think quitting late-night snacks will help reduce the swelling... My face was really puffy today, haha.
