I can feel myself aging more and more each day.
My stomach is also protruding.
Exercise for more than 30 minutes every day
2. Diet management
- Reduce carbohydrate intake, eat plenty of vegetables and other greens
Using public transportation: at least 3 times a week
Walking 10,000 steps every day
I will make sure to achieve it.
