1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
I was in pain for a while, so I temporarily reduced the amount of exercise.
Just focus on walking 10,000 steps and going to the gym~
Make sure to have a good dinner~
It's simple, but I still try to practice it consistently~
