This week's health goals are to walk 10,000 steps and to avoid late-night snacks.
Walking 10,000 steps is not easy, but I will try to set it as my goal.
If I can't walk 10,000 steps, I'll try walking 6,000 steps.
I keep eating late at night these days.
I'm worried because I tend to eat late at night out of habit.
I will do my best to successfully achieve this week's goal :)
