Is there anything good for recovering my body?

 

I always thought I was healthy

Lately, I've been getting rhinitis and a cold, and then I get better and then I get it again.

These days, I feel sad because I have to catch a cold longer than my children and then recover.

 

My body is losing stamina. Is there anything I can do to help me recover?

There are a lot of advertisements for vitamins and albumin these days. Should I take these?

I feel like my body is losing energy.

    저도 참 고민이네요. 영양제나 뭘먹든 결국은 활력 올리고 면역력 올리는데는 운동이 최고인것 같아요. 꾸준히 걷기하고 운동하고 근력 운동 해주니 조금씩 좋아지네요
