I'm taking Chong Kun Dang Health Omega 3.

I was diagnosed with hyperlipidemia during a health checkup and started taking Omega 3 about a year ago. The Omega 3 I took before was so big that it would get stuck in my throat, and once it got stuck, I was scared and had a hard time taking it.
