I recently started going to the gym. It's been less than a month...
My left shoulder has always been a bit problematic, but sometimes I experience a dull, aching pain during exercise.
Sometimes it happens when I don't maintain proper posture during chest exercises, and also during back exercises where I hang and pull.
But the tricky part is that if the pain persists or becomes severe, I would either rest from exercising or go to the hospital. If I maintain good posture, I can handle heavy weights without issue, and sometimes I feel a twinge when I move normally, but it's not always the case...
I definitely have a feeling that there is a rotator cuff problem, but it's not always painful when I lift my arm, so it's a bit ambiguous...
Is it better to rest and receive proper treatment...
Or maybe if I pay close attention to my posture to prevent pain to some extent, it won't matter... I'm 고민되네요.
I think they will naturally tell me to rest when I go to the hospital.. I am also curious if anyone has had a similar experience and how it was for them.
