My own joint supplement - GNM Calcium Magnesium

I am consistently taking GNM Calcium Magnesium Zinc Vitamin D Manganese after receiving the results of osteopenia from my health checkup.

I am taking a multivitamin, but I am also taking additional supplements.

 

Calcium - necessary for bone and tooth formation

Necessary for maintaining neurological and muscle function

Magnesium - necessary for energy utilization

Necessary for maintaining neurological and muscle function

Zinc - necessary for normal immune function

Necessary for normal cell division

Vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus are necessary for absorption and utilization.

Necessary for the formation and maintenance of bones

Helps reduce the risk of osteoporosis development

Necessary for manganese-bone formation, necessary for energy utilization

Necessary to protect cells from harmful oxygen radicals

    마그네슘은 챙겨 먹어야 되는지 몰랐는데 기회가되면 꼭 사서 먹어봐야겠어요^^

    칼마디뿐 아니라 아연 망간도 들어있어서 더욱 좋네요~
    저도 영양제 복용하는데 아연을 복용하면 좋다고 하드라고요~
    그래서 요즘 콩 안좋아하는데 콩도 먹고 하네요^^

    관절엔 이영양제가 좋군요. 많은 효과도 있고 좋은 효과가 많은 거 같아요. 한번은 먹어봐야겠네요.
