I woke up with a cramp in my lower back, possibly due to my sleeping position.
Since I don't have my muscle relaxant right now and I happened to have a migraine as well, I just took painkillers, but I don't think they are effective.
The pharmacy near my house didn't have the medication I was taking, so I couldn't buy it.
It seems like it's been over two days. Is there no other way to remove the swelling besides medication?
