Question) What should I do if I frequently sprain my wrist?
When I go about my daily life, I naturally use my wrist, but when I apply slight physical force or perform certain movements, I try to resolve things on my own. Usually, it doesn't open easily or when I try to take something out, it doesn't work well or I have to put in effort. Just by exerting force or applying pressure, I perform various actions in different situations.
My wrist often hurts. It's painful when I move it, and it's not good for my skin, so I usually apply a simple patch, or if it gets worse, I have to go get acupuncture.
Ankle sprains happen easily as well.
So, when walking with your ankles, whether taking large strides or walking quickly, various daily activities and movements can differ. Applying some force can often cause a slight sprain.
Why are my muscles like this? I don't have very thin muscles, but I feel so exhausted.
If there are ways to strengthen the muscles around the ankles or ankles in everyday life, it might be helpful. Please let me know if there are any other methods.
