Hello. I recently underwent an abdominal liposuction procedure and would like to share my experience.
Despite consistently exercising and controlling my diet, I had a lot of concerns because I couldn't easily lose belly fat. After consulting with a specialist, I decided to undergo liposuction, and starting one week before the procedure, I began abstaining from smoking and drinking alcohol.
On the day of the procedure, fat was removed through a fine suction tube after local anesthesia. The procedure took about 2 hours, and the pain was not as severe as expected.
After surgery, compression garments had to be worn for four weeks, and showering was restricted during the first week. Swelling and bruising lasted for about three weeks. I also received regular massages on the treated area.
During the recovery period, I avoided vigorous exercise, took sufficient rest, and maintained a balanced diet. I am currently maintaining a satisfactory physique.
However, I would like to emphasize that thorough hospital selection and consultation with a specialist are essential before the procedure, and a lot of effort is also required for post-care. Thank you.^^
