Hello. I recently had abdominal liposuction and would like to share my experience.
Despite my regular exercise and diet, I was concerned about the stubborn belly fat that wouldn't go away. After consulting with a specialist, I decided to undergo liposuction and quit smoking and drinking for a week prior to the procedure.
On the day of the procedure, I had the fat removed using a fine suction tube under local anesthesia. The procedure took about two hours and was less painful than I expected.
After the surgery, I had to wear a compression garment for four weeks, and showering was restricted for the first week. Swelling and bruising persisted for about three weeks. I also received regular massages to the treatment area.
During my recovery period, I avoided strenuous exercise, got plenty of rest, and maintained a balanced diet. I'm currently maintaining a satisfactory physique.
However, I'd like to emphasize that thorough hospital selection and consultation with a specialist are essential before the procedure, and that significant effort is also required in aftercare. Thank you.^^
