(Concern) Until when should I wear contact lenses?

I have been wearing contact lenses since my early twenties. Due to severe myopia and astigmatism, glasses were too thick and pressed against my nose and around my eyes, so I started wearing lenses when I became an adult. Since my vision is so poor, procedures like LASIK are not an option, and I don't have the courage or the money for lens implantation surgery. Until now, in my 50s, I have worn lenses when going out, but now that presbyopia has set in, problems have arisen. I can't see both near and far objects clearly, so wearing lenses has become difficult. Precise vision correction is also challenging, and perhaps due to aging, my dry eyes are worsening. What should I do? How much longer can I continue using contact lenses?

In ophthalmology, they only say that you need to manage continuously with eye drops and artificial tears to keep wearing contact lenses.

These days, I just envy people with good eyesight.
