걱정이네요 저도 그래요 병원 가서 처방받고 약국가서 하루에 수시로 넣어라고 해서 그렇게 하고 있어요🥲
They are struggling greatly with dry eye syndrome.
The beginning of dry eye syndrome
It all started with LASIK surgery about 20 years ago.
I was okay for about 15 years after LASIK surgery.
Even if I had dry eyes, every time they felt stiff
It was okay as long as I applied artificial tears properly.
There were no other symptoms besides dryness.
However, it has been difficult to even carry out daily activities for the past 4 to 5 years.
I am experiencing difficulties.
Going outside and walking, even just a little.
When hit by the wind, my eyes hurt too much.
If the sunlight is even a little strong, they cannot open their eyes.
Then, my eyes immediately become stinging and tear up.
And even after applying the eye drops, it only takes less than a second.
It dries quickly. There's really no point in using artificial tears, but I put them in because my eyes feel very dry and painful at that momentㅠ
And it was so stinging that I even put in eye drops.
I can't open my eyes immediately. I need to keep them closed for a while.
There is also allergic inflammation.
My eyes are always red and bloodshot.
As dry eye syndrome worsened
It seems my eyesight has gotten much worse. ㅠ
I regularly visit the ophthalmologist, and the doctor...
You say the same thing every time.
There are always many injuries on the cornea.
There is allergic inflammation accompanied by itching.
Dry eye syndrome and inflammation
They say it worsens each other.
And I have been continuously prescribed eye drops and using them.
My symptoms are not improvingㅠ
I'm frustrated because I keep making no progressㅠ
Did you use the most concentrated artificial tears?
It's been about five years.
The eye drops I always get prescribed are the same.
I came again after getting a prescription.
These are artificial tears, allergy eye drops, gels that relieve dry eye symptoms, and eye drops.
It would be a bit less tiring if I just stayed at home.
It's even harder because I am a working professional.
I am also greatly affected while working.
It's also hard to get along in social life..
I would appreciate it if someone could give me some advice.
Is there anything I can do to care for you regularly?
I hope things get better even just a little.
