I frequently experience calf pain.

Walking 10,000 steps a day for several years...

Ten thousand steps, twenty thousand steps... No matter how much I walked, my legs didn't hurt.

But... since last month... my calf pain hasn't really gone away...

 

I frequently experience calf pain.

 

Massage with a seven-liner and also relieve tension with a guasha.

I'm trying out using a yoga ring as well..

Getting sick again the next day... I'm not used to it;;

 

Because of the disc... it twists all the way to the leg...

One day, everything was perfectly fine...

One day, I had a really bad back pain...

One day, my knee suddenly started hurting badly...

Sometimes, my soles hurt for a while...

When you're not feeling well, the side pelvis might hurt a lot...

Spinning around like this...

My calves are aching.

Is this also a symptom caused by a disc issue?

 

But... I also feel a bit uncomfortable when I don't walk.

Just a bit sluggish... I appreciate you loosening up, but I do have some thoughts about it.

    종아리 앞 바깥쪽 부분 근육 풀어주시면
    통증에 더 효과적이라고 하더라구요
