For the sake of health, I try to walk more than ten thousand steps a day, even though strenuous exercise is difficult.
I usually walk about 7,000 steps in the early morning and cover the rest with daily steps, so that's fine. However, when I walk more than 10,000 steps early in the morning, I feel a dull ache in my knees on the way back home.
I'm trying to walk to get healthier, but since I experience knee pain, I wonder if walking properly is the right choice, and I'm also worried about my cartilage.
How should we resolve this?
