My knee hurts so much the next day.
Should I say it feels like a dull ache when the knee shifts out of place after bending and straightening?
When doing stepper exercises, I was told that raising my knees could be too much, so I deliberately bent my knees while exercising.
I think I hurt myself more while exercising, so I can't do it anymore.ㅜ
