(Concern) I think presbyopia is starting to come onㅜㅜ

I am in my 40s. The youth that I thought would last forever has long since ended, and now that I am middle-aged, it's a bit sad to see each day pass as I grow older.

I spend all day looking at a monitor for work. As a result, my eyes often feel tired, and lately I've been worried because I feel my eyesight is getting worse.

The biggest issue is that peripheral vision slows down, making it difficult to track fast-moving objects.

Still, I think it's fortunate that my profession isn't a professional athlete.

At night, my night vision worsens compared to before, making it hard to see well. On rainy days, I find myself more tense than usual while driving.

I have always worn glasses because I am nearsighted, but since some time ago, I can't focus on close objects in daily life and see better without my glasses.

This isn't yet serious, but since it hasn't happened before, I'm a little surprised.

I can't make my eyes better, but my biggest concern is whether there is a way to slow down the aging process as much as possible.

I'm also curious about what kind of management other people experiencing similar issues are doing.

나이들면서 시력이 떨어지는것은 어쩔수 없는거 같아요
눈영양제도 잘 챙겨드시고 자주 눈운동도 하시면 좋으실 거같아요 그리고  안과진료도 한번 받아보세요
