Lower back disc problem, sigh.

Did everyone with a herniated disc in their lower back undergo surgery?

Since I am planning to undergo surgery (procedure), the cost will be at least 250 or more.

Is there no other way to treat it besides surgery?

I'm consistently walking and doing light exercise while taking medication, but I'm still worried.

I'm also considering surgery... I heard there's a high chance of recurrence, so I don't know what to do.
