Eating a simple healthy breakfast with fruit, eggs, and cheese

If you don't eat breakfast, you'll feel tired all day or keep snacking.

So, this is my simple daily healthy breakfast.

 

I eat seasonal fruits such as apples, tomatoes, and bananas daily from the fruits in the refrigerator.

I make baked eggs myself and eat one each day.

It is recommended to eat two pieces of low-sodium cheese daily.

And instead of coffee, I start my day with a hearty breakfast of Cheonma tea.

 

Tomato. Sweet pumpkin. Baked egg. Cheese. Cheonma tea.
