There used to be a few around, but these days I think many people are going to internal medicine or ENT clinics.

Our Pediatric Clinic opened when I was the youngest baby.

Apart from the downside that it's very difficult to get treatment without an appointment, it's the best. Even now, if the kids are seriously sick, we always go here. They explain the cause of the illness clearly, which is very helpful.
