I don't think I usually eat cabbage raw.
Sometimes it's delicious to eat boiled and in a salad.
It doesn't seem to be a food that is eaten frequently.
It's one of the foods that are good for health but hard to eat regularly, but if you take it as juice, you only need to eat one packet at a time, which is convenient.
My groom also has stomach issues... and I tend to eat more indulgent foods rather than healthy ones, haha.
