Very good for back of the head pain

Looking at a computer monitor for a long time causes fatigue and frequent pain in the neck and shoulder area. Then, on a day off, my whole body feels stiff and uncomfortable. Especially due to overwork, the area around the back of the head, neck, shoulders, and surrounding muscles become very stiff and painful. I have tried getting massages, acupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion, but only temporarily. Over time, the stiffness returns. So, I do strength training with dumbbells to loosen my body first, and then I use a pounding stick to tap, which feels very refreshing, relieves fatigue, and is very good. I recommend it.Very good for back of the head pain

    어머 그렇게 좋은방법이 있었군요
    저도 직장 다닐때 하루종일 pc앞에 있다보니 거북목을 하기도해서 통증이 있었지마 너무 심하면 진통제 복용하고 견디곤 했어요
