Looking at a computer monitor for a long time causes fatigue and frequent pain in the neck and shoulder area. Then, on a day off, my whole body feels stiff and uncomfortable. Especially due to overwork, the area around the back of the head, neck, shoulders, and surrounding muscles become very stiff and painful. I have tried getting massages, acupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion, but only temporarily. Over time, the stiffness returns. So, I do strength training with dumbbells to loosen my body first, and then I use a pounding stick to tap, which feels very refreshing, relieves fatigue, and is very good. I recommend it.
