I started practicing yoga from that time.
Thanks to yoga, I gained some strength in my lower back.
It became affordable, so I really worked hard after that.
I exercised.
Swimming, yoga, and eventually even walking, haha.
Add stair climbing along with strength training.
I really became a fitness enthusiast, but now, ㅠ
I'm suffering from aftereffects of COVID-19ㅠ
I'm only managing to walk about 10,000 steps now. ㅠ
I want to return to normal quickly.
