I usually live with irritable bowel syndrome, so my intestines are sensitive, and constantly worrying makes my stomach hurt even more, creating a vicious cycle. I feel bloated even after eating just a little, and when I eat a lot, my stomach often feels like it's going to burst. I like dairy products and spicy foods, but after eating them, I keep going to the bathroom until my stomach empties, so it's hard to eat without worryㅠㅠ
