Eating my own healthy seasonal foods

I think eating seasonal foods is important for maintaining health. Shrimp, which is in season, and garlic that is good for the body are full of flavor, and eating them helps me stay healthy, so I like it. I originally like shrimp and eat a lot of it, but during this season, they are plump and have a stronger sweetness, which I like. They are fresh enough to be eaten as sashimi as well. Food varies depending on the weather, and I think the taste changes when eaten in season. Since it is now November, I hope you take care of your health while enjoying seasonal foods.
