스트레칭 꾸준히 하심...저도 식탁의자에만 거의2년간 앉다보니 양반다리가 안되더라구요..하지만 운동하면서 꾸준히 스트레칭 해주니 조금씩 돌아왔어요..도움이 되셨음 좋겠네요.

I was in no problem at all.
Has it been 2 to 3 months? At some point, when I sit cross-legged, I experience pain in the hip joint area and the inner thigh.
The left side is functioning well without any issues, but pain appears on the right side.
I think it will be okay if I stretch, so I do stretching regularly.
However, there doesn't seem to be any sign of improvement.
I need to visit the hospital soon.
I shouldn't have to live like this for the rest of my life, right?
